Maternity Family Session-The Reynon Family. 1 March 2021
Baunkie ("bonk-ee").
That's the nickname for the ADORABLE little girl in this session. And to think here pretty shortly, there will be a Baunkie Jr!
Laney, the mom-of-two-to-be and I connected through a mutual friend (DJ, you da the REAL MVP) and I'm so happy we were able to capture this beautiful time for this family! We spent a good chunk of the day together as Laney got her makeup done by the amazing Lauren Talley and we got her fitted into the gorgeous gown that Jessika Slaton Photography so graciously loaned out. Her husband, John, was supportive and a great sport considering like 99.9% of the husbands out there, getting professional photos taken was not his idea of a "fun weekend activity" haha! His love for his wife was apparent as he embraced her sweet baby bump and was an excellent "dress tosser" for all the flowy maternity dress shots!
I don't think I will ever tire from seeing pregnant women just being straight goddesses in front of a lens. Laney looked stunning, and Baunkie Jr. is so blessed to be coming into such an amazing family!
If you are a pregnant mama and contemplating whether or not to get professional photos taken, the investment is worth it! I truly wish I would have done them when I was pregnant with my boys, but at least now, I will be able to do them for other mamas!
